When you select "The Exchange"
you can read and join in on current discussions by clicking on
"The Dirty Dish - Exchange"
Once there, select a topic by clicking on a subject [i.e. Welcome To The Dirty Dish Exchange] and 'Add A Message' to it or 'Create New Conversation'.

When you select "Talk to The Dirty Dish Participants"
you can read and join in on current discussions within the individual "Dishes" by clicking on
"Talk to The Dirty Dish Participants"
and then click through to the "Talking with..."
If you need to refresh your memory on who you want to "DISH" with, please go to The Participants to re-aquaint yourself with the names of all of The DIRTY DISH Participants.
